Takayuki, chief nurse

Takayuki has been working as a visiting nurse in Minamisoma. Before the catastrophes March 2011, Takayuki, with 20 nurses, was working for caring 120 patients at their homes.
Now, 22 months after, 5 nurses are working there for 35 patients, including 9 evacuees.
